Incapacitated Person's Legal Protection Act May Stall in Senate

After all the admirable work put forth by the US House in favor of the "Incapacitated Person's Legal Protection Act", it may stall in Senate. HR1151 was unanimously voted in by the House of Representatives last night. As of now, the bill, now designated as S. 539 hass merely been read for the second time, and is "on the calendar" in Senate.

Get in contact with your state Senators and urge them to get this on the fast track. Go here, and use the dropdown button to locate your state's Senators. Call them today.

(I've been calling and emailing for weeks. Come on -- the people answering the phones are usually really nice. Be kind and courteous when you call, state your case, and wish them a nice day -- you'll hear the startled smile in their voice.)

Now move.
